Artist Bio

For 25 years, DJ Rhettmatic, Key-Kool, LMNO, Lord Zen, Dannu, and 2Mex, collectively known as the Visionaries have steadily created new worlds in their music. They have done this on a local and international level simultaneously. Heroes of the Los Angeles underground hip hop community, the Visionaries embody the spirit of 21st Century multicultural Los Angeles creating music as a deliberate act of love to envision social change, liberate listeners and empower the community.

Their 5th studio album “V” is a testament to what brought together, and kept together this band of 6 brothers from different socioeconomic, cultural, and theological backgrounds, to work through their differences, support each other through turmoil, and literally help nurse each other back to health: love for music, and unconditional love for each other.
