Tammy & Dan have been performing as a dynamic acoustic duo in the Toledo area since 2012. Prior to 2012, they honed their skills in separate music careers. Together they challenge themselves and each other to perform songs that deliver a unique lively mix. They cover tunes that range from classic rock, soft rock, country and blues.
Tammy has been singing for many years. Prior to partnering with Dan, she performed at private parties and special events, and has frequently sat in with local bands for impromptu performances. Tammy is best known for her powerful, rich bluesy vocal delivery that listeners compare to that of Janis Joplin and Melissa Etheridge.
Dan has been a guitarist, singer and songwriter for more than 30 years. He worked for five years as a back-up musician in Nashville with bands that toured throughout the South and Midwest. Dan also worked as a session musician on song demos and commercial jingle recordings. After returning to Toledo, he has performed in several music groups.
