Singer-songwriter Susie Suh continues to captivate audiences around the world with her soulful vocals and introspective, emotionally- stirring lyrics. Originally from California, Susie is based in Los Angeles and Berlin, Germany.
Suh’s eponymous debut album was produced by multiple Grammy award winner Glen Ballard on Sony Epic Records. In December 2011 Suh released The Bakman Tapes EP- The Complete Edition, a collection of songs written and recorded in Los Angeles and Paris with people such as Bryan Cook (engineer/mixer for Nigel Godrich, Beck, Jem, The Bird & The Bee) and Scott Campbell (engineer/mixer for Alanis Morrissette, Dave Matthews, No Doubt).
Suh has been featured on NPR, Sirius Radio, NBC news, Fox news, the New York Times, and received four stars in Blender Magazine for her debut album. Her music has also appeared on numerous television shows and movies in the US and abroad and she has toured and performed with the likes of Howie Day, Madeleine Peyroux, Kaki King, Johnny Lang, Martin Sexton, Glen Phillips, Grant Lee Phillips, and Margaret Cho.
