Sarah Donner is an indie folkpop songstress who has embraced her inner catlady. She works the stage with a powerful vocals, punchy guitar, and a candid stage presence. Black Hole Heart (2016) is her seventh studio album released on her label CatLady Records. The new songs teeter back and forth between playful, rock, nerd core, and ballads, all tied together with bright melodies and driving, energetic instrumentals.
