My name's Maya Taylor, (youtube-Maya Karli) I'm 13 years old, and music is my life. I began interest in music when I was around 4 or 5. I grew up with my parents playing all sorts of music genres. Soul, pop, rock, and reggae are some examples of them. I want to sing and play my music for the world for a living. I'm a singer, songwriter, pianist, and guitarist. I hope that if I do ever make it to the top, which I'm determined to do, I hope I inspire people. I'm pretty short for my age. 4"9 as an 8th grader's a bit difficult for me. I got picked on a bit when I was little because of it, but words have gotten more harsh now. I know that what I've been through is nothing compared to what other people go through, and it makes me want to do something about it. If I was able to say one thing to every single person in the world, it would be, "You're worth it, and don't ever forget that. Trust me, you belong."
