Artist Bio

My name is Bob Banerjee and came to the USA from India at the cute age of 3 years old. After a good number of years I am purely Yankee-fied and Chicken-Fried.. I have more than 28 years of Classical violin experience Add to that the discovery of fiddle and violin styles from classical to the hot swing of Stephane Grapellis to the Georgia Devil of Charlie Daniels and electric fusion of Jean Luc Ponty put me in the middle of a thousand musical genres and styles. I have two solo CD's "La la la la Beer Me!" an d"Foreign Country" and have recorded with singer/songwriters all over the USA. I am in a band called the "Corned Beef and Curry Band" from Pittsburgh, PA and we are the craziest interactive pub band you have ever seen (go google us right now!).
