Ok, let's not pretend that we don't write our own Bios eh?
The facts:
I was born in Detroit Michigan.
I'm a child of the 70's and 80's, but music from the 60's and 70's is what gives me a musical erection.
I moved to Los Angeles in my 20's and reformed my old Detroit band "Moisture."
Moisture did some national TV and had a record deal from Farmclub/Interscope in 2001 (about the same time Naptser changed the way people get music ). - Bye Bye Record deal, Hello depression!
I was a jerk and went off on a solo career because of really bad advice and poor judgement.
In the mid-2000's I did a TV/Internet Reality show on NBC called StarTomorrow. I was "Runner Up" but only after the week before the finals, they handed me another contract to sign which basically said stuff that I'm not supposed to legally talk about. In the final week, stopped begging people for votes and tried to keep some dignity.
I had 2 other somewhat legit record deal offers that fell apart before they even started, and probably 3000 "musical scam offers" which tried to get me to pay them.
I've had some of my music in TV shows like "Bones" and various other films. I still own 100% of my publishing.
I won the LA Music award for Best Male Singer-Songwriter (other something like that) in 2006.
I've worked with some amazing people... an eclectic group like Rod McKuen, David Tyson, Tony DeFranco, and James Lee Stanley.
I've have had the privilege of playing on stage before such acts as: Ringo Starr, Heart, The Bangles, Pat Benatar, Great White, Berlin, Rod Mckuen, Juliette Lewis, The Go Gos and...oh hell... I can't remember every show.
I have music for sale on iTunes and would greatly love it if you buy it. The last album is called "Seconds" and it's a masterpiece that no one knows about.
I have a Yamaha endorsement. They're awesome.
Currently, I'm old, cynical, and musically jaded.
Trivia: For a short time, my Detroit band Moisture had the same manager as Kid Rock (before he made a splash). We told him to take a hike... brilliant move eh?
